November 2020 Election candidate forums

The League of Women Voters of Western Nevada County has scheduled several virtual candidate forums during the month of September. See details below.  The forums are an excellent way for Nevada County citizens to hear candidates’ points of view and become informed about local issues.

You can submit questions for candidates in advance by emailing info [at] lwvwnc.org. In the subject line, please write: Question for forum name here. Questions must be specific about the position and not specific to only one candidate.

There are two ways to watch forums live. Watch on Zoom by registering through the links below.
Watch on Facebook on either LWVWNC page. or Yubanet's page.

To watch afterward on demand, you can find recordings on YubaNet's YouTube channel. Other media outlets may broadcast or make the recordings available as well.
